Key Responsibilities Lead all phases of enterprise software implementation projects, from initiation and planning through delivery, testing, go-live, and handover to Support. Act as a trusted partner to customer stakeholders, driving projects to successful outcomes. Manage multiple concurrent projects, typically between three and eight, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and challenges, implementing effective mitigation strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal delivery teams, and senior stakeholders across the Europe. Motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and resolving issues to keep projects on track. Your Experience Five or more years of experience as a Project Manager within software, SaaS, or professional services environments. Proven experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale software implementation projects. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Solid understanding of delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification, or a willingness to obtain one. Fluent English and French communication skills, both written and verbal (Spanish Fluency is a big plus). Based in Europe, with the ability to travel occasionally to customer sites across Europe. Working knowledge of ECM (enterprise content management) and/or IP (invoice processing) solutions will be highly valued.
