Symphony invites motivated students to join its university program as a Technical Support Placement Student for a 9-month period starting in June 2027 in Belfast. You will work closely with the technical support team, diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and learn to resolve client queries with guidance from senior staff.
You will gain hands-on experience in supporting Symphony's Messaging/Voice products, communicating complex topics to non-technical users, and building practical problem-solving
