Junior Technical Consultant: Service Operations

We’re looking for a Junior Technical Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career with a strong technical foundation, who’s eager to learn, grow, and work on cutting-edge projects with some of the world’s largest enterprises.

What you’ll do

• Support senior consultants in the delivery of Service Operations projects for enterprise clients.
• Assist in implementing and configuring observability, AIOps, and ITSM platforms.
• Learn to work with Event Management and Open Telemetry to improve monitoring and automation.
• Carry out research, analysis, and documentation to support solution design and delivery.
• Grow into a trusted advisor role, developing both technical expertise and consulting skills.

What we’re looking for

• 1-3 years of experience in IT Operations, consulting, or a related technical role.
• Exposure to one or more observability or ITSM platforms (e.g.,
  Dynatrace, App Dynamics, Datadog, Big Panda, Halo ITSM
  ).
• Understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes (certifications a plus).
• Interest in Enterprise Architecture
  , automation, and modern observability practices.
• A problem-solving mindset, strong communication skills, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
