Position: IT Technician TLNT1_NI
We're looking for an experienced IT Technician for a temporary, on-site contract in Belfast. You'll provide hands-on break/fix support, troubleshoot day-to-day IT issues and work directly with users, so strong interpersonal skills are essential.

The Role Provide first and second-line IT support Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues Carry out laptop, desktop and peripheral break/fix Set up and replace IT equipment Support Windows and Microsoft 365 Log and manage incidents through the IT ticketing system Escalate more complex technical issues Provide clear, professional support to users

Essential Criteria Previous IT Technician, Desktop Support or Service Desk experience Strong hardware and break/fix skills Experience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident dealing directly with non-technical users Desirable Criteria IT-related qualification or certification Active Directory experience
