About you:
Proven experience managing complex cutover, transition or transformation projects within large programmes Strong understanding of implementation planning, data migration, service transition, and operational handover Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to interpret detailed readiness evidence and confidently advise senior stakeholders Organisational skills to maintain control in high-pressure environments What you'll do:
Lead and control the integrated cutover planning, ensuring smooth transition from current to new systems Coordinate activities across multiple work streams, including finance, HR, technical, testing, and business readiness teams Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and escalate as required to maintain programme momentum Provide assurance on cutover readiness, overseeing rehearsals, checkpoints, and final walk-throughs Develop and maintain comprehensive cutover plans, reports, and escalation procedures For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
