Blupace Tech, a Belfast-based IT development company, is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer for a contractual role. The candidate will provide day-to-day local/remote desktop support, handle inbound calls, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and document steps in the ticketing system.
Some work off-hours may be required. The role requires 3–5 years of IT experience, Windows 10-11, AD, Office 365, and ITSM familiarity.
