As a key member of the commercial team, you will work directly with clients to manage a variety of commercial insurance accounts. You will provide tailored advice, handle broking and placement of risks, and maintain strong client relationships. The role also involves liaising with insurers to secure suitable cover, ensuring compliance, and delivering excellent customer service.

• Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
• Providing expert advice tailored to clients ’ needs
• Broking and placing risks with insurers
• Liaising with insurance providers to obtain appropriate coverage
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal standards

• Experience with in commercial insurance broking
• Strong understanding of the current insurance market
• Proven customer service and relationship‑building skills
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‑solving ability
• Knowledge of insurance regulations
• Relevant industry qualifications (or willingness to study)
