We’re hiring for a Personal Lines Account Executive to support our growing Personal Lines team

To keep up with our growth in the UK and Ireland, we’re looking for a dedicated to join our Private Clients & Personal Lines insurance team. The Person al Lines Account Executive will work with our Head of Private Clients & Personal Lines.

  • Experience with insurance software and systems
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Strong commitment to confidentiality
  • Previous insurance experience preferably within personal lines
  • Managing and servicing a portfolio of Personal Lines insurance clients, delivering an exceptionally high standard of customer service
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, handling enquiries professionally via telephone and email
  • Working closely with the Head of Private Clients & Personal Lines to support the ongoing development of the Personal Lines division
  • Ensuring all client data and documentation is handled in strict confidence and in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail
  • Collaborating effectively within a team-oriented environment to achieve service and business objectives
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience and improve retention
  • Using internal systems efficiently to manage client information and workflows
  • Upholding the company’s professional standards, values and reputation at all times
