Insurance Account Handler

Brook Street Recruitment is working with our client in Belfast city centre to recruit a new full time and permanent experienced Insurance Account Handler As an Insurance Account Manager in the Belfast office, you will take ownership of a dedicated portfolio of commercial clients. The role will involve Account management, client retention and portfolio growth, deliver expert insurance advice and build trusted, long-term relationships.

You will be fully supported in this location by an established local team.

Key Responsibilities Risk Placement :
Placing all variations of complex commercial risks securely into the insurance market. Strategic Advisory :
Providing prompt, expert insurance advice tailored specifically to client needs. Market Liaison :
Partnering and negotiating effectively with insurer partners. Portfolio Servicing :
Maintaining top-tier customer service levels by processing Mid-Term Adjustments (MTAs) and managing day-to-day customer queries. File Management :
Executing robust file and case management to ensure accurate, timely, and fully completed client files. Compliance & Privacy :
Strictly maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to company policies and regulatory framework Requirements Proven Insurance

Experience:

Extensive account handling background specifically within the corporate or commercial insurance sector. Technical Proficiency:
Demonstrated experience resolving technical insurance issues across various risk sizes and complexities. Communication

Skills:

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills across all corporate and client levels. Industry Credentials:
