Insurance Advisor
VANRATH are delighted to be working with a well-established, independent insurance broker who are looking to add an Insurance Advisor to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in broking who enjoys helping customers and wants to join a friendly, busy office with real support for training and development.
The role:- Handle incoming calls and emails from new and existing policyholders
- Manage policy renewals and mid-term adjustments
- Prepare and issue policy documents in a timely manner
- Find the right cover for each customer by understanding their needs and explaining options clearly
- Build lasting relationships with clients and help keep them coming back
- At least 2 years' experience working within an insurance broker (personal lines ideal)
- A confident, friendly phone manner and a real focus on good customer outcomes
- Strong admin skills and comfort working with Microsoft Office and online systems
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- CII qualifications are a bonus. If you don't have them yet, there's support to study for them
- Stable, full-time hours (Monday to Friday)
