Your judgement, technical knowledge and ability to build strong relationships will be valued. About you We're looking for someone with solid commercial insurance claims experience who is comfortable dealing with a varied caseload. Experience across areas such as Motor Fleet, Property, Business Interruption, Employers' Liability, Public Liability, Commercial Combined or SME packages would be useful, although you don't need experience across every class.

Communicates confidently with clients, insurers and other professionals. Is organised and capable of managing multiple claims effectively. Takes ownership and is proactive in progressing claims. Why join? You'll be joining an independent, people-focused broker where you can have genuine influence over the client experience and work alongside experienced insurance professionals. The business has built its reputation around long-term client relationships, quality service and a collaborative approach, while continuing to grow and develop. For someone looking to move away from a highly corporate environment and into a business where their experience and contribution are recognised, this offers a chance to play an important role within an established claims function.
