Job Responsibilities:

Providing technical support to the sales team
Providing technical support and guidance to the site engineers and masons
Attending technical meeting and conducting technical session including construction process guidelines with the clients
Conducting technical training sessions for the engineers and masons
Visit all the ongoing projects time to time to ensure proper construction process are being followed
Train and monitor construction workers and construction labourers
Receive all kind of technical service requests and provide day to day technical Support to the users physically
