Commercial Litigation Solicitor (4 to 5 years PQE)

An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join one of Northern Ireland’s most established and award‑winning law firms. You’ll become part of the largest and most respected dispute resolution team in Northern Ireland, working on a diverse and intellectually challenging caseload that spans high‑value, complex matters across multiple sectors.

As part of the firm’s Dispute Resolution team, you will:

• Manage a varied caseload of complex commercial litigation matters, including commercial disputes, contractual claims and professional negligence cases
• Draft pleadings, witness statements and other court documentation
• Conduct advocacy at hearings where appropriate
• Advise clients on risk management, settlement strategies and ADR options
• Liaise with counsel, experts and third‑party providers
• Ensure compliance with procedural rules and court deadlines
• Contribute to business development and maintain strong client relationships

• Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland
• 4–5 years’ PQE in commercial litigation / dispute resolution
• Strong technical knowledge of civil procedure and litigation strategy
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and work to tight deadlines
• Commercially aware with a client‑focused mindset
