An established and well-respected Belfast law firm is seeking to appoint aMedical Negligence Solicitorto join its growing litigation department. This is a standout opportunity to work alongside some of the region’s most experienced litigators in a supportive and progressive environment.

The Role:
You’ll be involved in high-quality claimant clinical negligence work, including a mix of complex and sensitive matters. The team handles a wide range of cases including surgical errors, delayed diagnosis, birth injury claims and GP/hospital negligence. You’ll take a hands-on approach to case management, from initial instruction through to resolution or trial, with access to robust admin and legal support.

What You’ll Need:

• A qualified solicitor (2 – 5 PQE+) with experience in medical negligence or broader personal injury litigation.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• A keen interest in claimant-side work with a strong sense of empathy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team dynamic.
