We are working with a well-established, client-focused law firm in
East Belfast to recruit a Conveyancing Solicitor to join their experienced and friendly property team.

This role is ideally suited to a recently qualified solicitor or someone with up to 3 years’ post-qualification experience looking to build their career in a busy, supportive environment with a consistent flow of residential property work.

You will manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from initial instruction through to completion. Work will include:

• Sales and purchases

• Remortgages

• Transfers of equity

• New build transactions

• Land Registry and title work

You’ll be joining a close-knit team with a strong support structure, where your contribution will be valued, and client care is at the heart of everything they do.

• Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland (or due to qualify shortly)

• 0-3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing (experience during training also considered)

• Strong organisational and file management skills

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-first approach

• Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a small team

• Stable and consistent caseload with loyal client base
