NQ+ Employment Solicitor

We are working with a leading international law firm based in Belfast for an Associate to join their Employment team.

The successful candidate will join an established employment team, advising on a broad range of contentious and non‑contentious matters for domestic and international clients. Responsibilities include advising on redundancies, and HR‑aspects of corporate transactions such as diligence and integrations. You will also work on employment litigation, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims, manage internal investigations, and assist with responding to data subject access requests.
