Litigation Solicitor (NQ – 3 PQE) Belfast Top-Tier Plaintiff Litigation | Excellent Career Development

We are working with a leading Belfast-based law firm to recruit a Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding team, led by one of the most respected litigators in the local market. This is an exciting opportunity for a recently qualified or junior solicitor (up to 3 years’ PQE) to develop their career in a high-quality litigation practice.

You will work closely with a highly experienced partner and wider team, supporting a busy caseload of plaintiff matters, including:

• Accident Claims
• Medical Negligence
• Hearing Loss
• Work-Related Illness
• Accidents at Work
• Road Traffic Accidents

The successful candidate will gain hands‑on experience from an early stage, including client interaction, case preparation, settlement negotiations, and court work.

• Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland (or due to qualify soon)
• 0-3 years’ post‑qualification experience (litigation experience preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A client‑focused approach and genuine interest in plaintiff litigation
• Motivated, team‑oriented, and eager to develop
