A prestigious international law firm is seeking a Qualified Employment Solicitor to join their expanding Belfast team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, varied employment matters alongside the London team and colleagues across their global offices.

You'll advise a wide range of blue-chip and multinational clients across sectors including financial services, technology, life sciences, transport, and retail, handling both domestic and international employment law issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing expert advice on TUPE transfers, redundancy processes, and employment aspects of corporate transactions
• Leading or supporting multi-jurisdictional projects such as global restructurings, compliance reviews, and policy rollouts
• Managing Employment Tribunal claims including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, and equal pay
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, settlement agreements, and employment policies
• Conducting investigations into workplace grievances and whistleblowing allegations
• Advising on data privacy matters and managing data subject access requests

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England & Wales with relevant employment law experience
• Demonstrable track record of handling complex employment matters, ideally with multi-jurisdictional exposure
• Commercially astute, proactive, and an excellent team collaborator
• Strong client relationship skills and confident communicator
