The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor to join a busy and respected Litigation team. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a wide variety of contentious matters, with a particular focus on personal injury and medical negligence cases. The role is ideal for an ambitious and detail-oriented solicitor looking to build a strong foundation in litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of litigation files under supervision
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence
• Liaising with clients, medical experts, counsel, and other third parties
• Attending court hearings and case management discussions
• Conducting legal research and reviewing evidence
• Supporting senior solicitors on complex or high-value cases
• Ensuring compliance with procedural deadlines and professional standards

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified solicitor (NQ or up to 1 year PQE) in Northern Ireland
• Experience in personal injury and/or medical negligence during training or post-qualification is desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
