Junior Corporate Lawyer; NQ

Junior Corporate Lawyer (NQ+) Belfast / Hybrid Artemis Human Capital is excited to be working with a global commercial law firm who are searching to add a junior corporate solicitor to their growing team. This Firm is recruiting for a Junior Corporate Lawyer to join their Belfast based, corporate team.

The Role:

Work closely with a range of the Firms practice groups, including Corporate & Securities, M&A, Cross-Border Transactions & Integrations, Reorganisations, Intellectual Property, Data & Technology, Data Privacy, and Capital Markets. Assist the Firms offices with a variety of corporate and commercial matters across multiple jurisdictions, including large-scale due diligence projects, drafting due diligence reports, and preparing corporate and commercial documentation. Assisting the Firm's offices with a diverse range of matters, often across multiple jurisdictions, such as large-scale due diligence projects, and reports and ancillary deliverables in support of transactional work, Developing strong working relationships with Partners and Lawyers in all sectors / departments in a variety of jurisdictions, Contributing to the identification of innovative services and methods to assist in achieving efficiencies and continual process improvement etc.

The Candidate:
This role calls for a NI or E&W Qualified Lawyer of NQ level plus, with demonstrable experience of Corporate Law. Should have the ability to review, analyse and organise documentary and factual evidence and have a strong attention to detail. Should have excellent decision making, communication and teamwork skills but also be capable of working individually and using your own initiative.

Should also be able to identify issues, anticipate consequences and take a logical approach to problem solving. Should be able to move through a variety of tasks and handle a varied daily workload. Benefits:
