• Manage a full and varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Advise clients on all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re‑mortgages, and transfers of equity.

• Support and mentor junior solicitors and conveyancing staff.

• Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland.
