A leading commercial firm in Belfastis seeking a Commercial Property / Real Estate Solicitor (1–3 years’ PQE) to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor to work on high-quality commercial property matters
, collaborating closely with experienced colleagues in both Belfast and London
. The role offers exposure to nationally significant work while remaining based in a supportive and well-established Belfast office.

You will be involved in a broad range of commercial property and real estate work, which may include:

• Landlord and tenant matters

• Acquisitions and disposals

• Commercial leases and property management

• Development and investment work

• Supporting senior lawyers on complex, high-value transactions

You’ll work as part of a collaborative team, with direct access to London-based colleagues and clients, providing excellent opportunities for learning and progression.

• Qualified Solicitor in NI and E&W- 1 3 years PQE

• Training and/or experience gained at a reputable mid-tier or top-tier law firm

• Strong technical skills and sound commercial judgement

• Excellent communication and drafting abilities

• High-quality commercial property work with national reach
