Position: Matrimonial / Family Solicitor
Matrimonial Solicitor, Greater Belfast, Suit 2-3 years + PQE. Overview Our client is a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in the North Belfast / Greater Belfast area, currently seeking an experienced Family / Matrimonial Solicitor to join their growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and committed solicitor who is passionate about family law and keen to progress their career, with a clear pathway towards directorship for the right individual over the coming years.

Key Responsibilities Managing a varied caseload of private family and matrimonial matters, including divorce, separation, ancillary relief and children-related issues Providing clear, practical advice to clients with sensitivity and professionalism Conducting negotiations and, where required, representing clients in court Assisting with general litigation matters as needed (desirable but not essential) Building strong client relationships and contributing to the ongoing growth of the firm Working closely with the Partner to support succession and the long-term development of the department Essential Skills and Experience Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE in family / matrimonial law Strong technical knowledge with the ability to manage family law matters independently A hardworking, reliable and proactive approach Excellent communication and client-care skills Ambition to progress professionally, with an interest in future leadership / directorship Litigation experience is beneficial but not essential Whats on Offer Competitive salary, reflective of experience Long-term career opportunity with a clear progression route The opportunity to work closely with an experienced Partner Supportive and collegiate working environment The chance to help shape the future direction of the practice At Pathway, we treat all applications with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
