Exclusive - Legal Counsel - Global Tech Company - Belfast (Flexible hybrid working)

Conekt Legal is working exclusively with this our client, a high-growth, global technology company with an expanding in-house legal team based in Belfast.

This is an exciting opportunity for a 2 to 5 years PQE corporate or commercial solicitor to join this fast paced company in an exciting new role.

You’ll become part of a fast-paced, collaborative legal team, working closely with the commercial and sales functions at the centre of the business.

The role offers hands‑on exposure to complex commercial and technology contracts, meaningful responsibility from day one, and the chance to work with senior stakeholders across a global organisation. It’s an ideal opportunity for a lawyer looking to build a long‑term in‑house career within a friendly, flexible and growing team.

• Support the sales and commercial teams on a wide range of customer and partner transactions
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial and technology contracts, including SaaS agreements, licensing arrangements, NDAs, supplier and strategic partner agreements
• Provide clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice to stakeholders across the business
• Escalate and collaborate on more complex or strategic matters with senior legal colleagues
• Assist with improving and scaling legal processes and templates as the business grows
• Work cross‑functionally with teams such as finance, product, operations and compliance in a global environment

• Qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with 2–5 years’ PQE
• Experience in commercial or corporate law gained in private practice or in‑house
• Strong legal drafting skills and high levels of attention to detail
• Commercial, pragmatic and comfortable working directly with non‑legal stakeholders
• Proactive, collaborative and keen to develop within a high‑performing, supportive legal team
