We’re currently representing a top-tier Belfast firm with a rare opening in their Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution team – one of the most established and high-performing teams in the jurisdiction.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with 4–8 years’ PQE who wants to work at the cutting edge of commercial disputes, alongside some of the most highly regarded practitioners in the local market. The team advises major clients across a wide range of contentious matters including complex contractual disputes, data/privacy issues, IP, and high-stakes commercial transactions.

What you’ll need:

• A minimum of 4 years’ PQE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution (England & Wales or NI qualified)

• Strong drafting and analytical skills

• Confidence in client-facing situations and a commercial approach to problem-solving
