A long-established and busy local firm in Glengormley is looking to appoint a Conveyancing Assistant to support its residential property team.

This role would suit someone with conveyancing experience who is looking to take on more responsibility and work closely with fee earners on a range of transactions.

You will assist with the progression of residential conveyancing files, working closely with solicitors to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.

• Assisting with file management from instruction to completion
• Drafting contracts and supporting documentation
• Conducting searches and preparing completion statements
• Liaising with clients, lenders and third parties
• Handling Land Registry documentation
• Supporting post-completion work

• Previous experience in a conveyancing support role
• Good understanding of the residential conveyancing process
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Confident client communication skills
