A leading, highly regarded Belfast law firm is seeking an ambitious and client‑focused Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with high‑net‑worth individuals, business owners, and families on complex and high‑quality private client matters.

• Preparation of wills, trusts, letters of wishes and succession planning for individuals and business owners.
• Administration of estates, drafting estate accounts and calculating IHT/NRB/RNRB allowances.
• Advising on Enduring Powers of Attorney and assisting with registrations.
• Controllership applications before the OCP and High Court.
• Client advisory work across a mix of high‑net‑worth and general private client matters.

• A technically strong solicitor with solid grounding in wills, trusts, estate administration and capacity law.
• Someone who can work autonomously but also collaboratively.
• An individual who is proactive, organised and able to help develop relationships.
• STEP qualification (completed or in progress) is advantageous but not essential.
