Private Client / Probate Solicitor (2+ PQE) North Belfast Full-time | Permanent A well-established and highly regarded local law firm in North Belfast is seeking a Private Client / Probate Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its busy and respected team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys building long-term client relationships and providing clear, practical advice on sensitive and important matters.

The Role You will manage your own caseload of private client matters, with a particular focus on probate and estate administration, working within a supportive and experienced team.

Key Responsibilities Handling probate and estate administration from instruction through to distribution Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning Preparing and registering Enduring Powers of Attorney Advising clients on inheritance tax and related matters Managing client relationships with professionalism and empathy Ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements
