Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including IT services agreements, software licences, cloud and SaaS contracts, outsourcing agreements, and supply chain arrangements. Advise clients on technology-related legal issues, including compliance, data protection, cybersecurity, and digital contracts. Support both internal teams and external clients on contractual, legal, and risk management matters. Collaborate with partners and senior associates on complex transactions and project delivery.

Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and commercial risks in contracts and technology arrangements. Assist with process improvements and standardisation of contract templates and workflows. Work closely with commercial, finance, and IT teams to provide practical, commercially-focused legal advice. Essential Skills and Experience 13 years PQE with demonstrable experience in commercial contracts or technology law. Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities. Ability to manage multiple matters independently and prioritise competing demands. Commercially aware, proactive, and client-focused.
