Legal Secretary

Hayward Hawk is excited to be working with a leading commercial law firm in Northern Ireland, widely recognised as the firm of choice for many of the region's Top 100 businesses and international organisations, is seeking to recruit a Legal Secretary for their Healthcare team.

The Role - Drafting, formatting and proofreading correspondence, contracts and legal documentation using the firms case management system. Managing documentation, including filing, preparing reports, and taking minutes as required. Maintaining accurate electronic and hard-copy filing systems, ensuring all case records remain current and organised. Transcribing audio dictation and written instructions with a high degree of accuracy. Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team.

Assisting with case preparation and coordination. Liaising professionally with clients, colleagues and partners. Effectively prioritising workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Upholding a high standard of client service and operational excellence at all times. The Candidate - Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. Proven ability to work to strict deadlines and manage competing priorities effectively. 2 years working in a similar role requiring a high degree of accuracy.

Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Demonstrated ability to use initiative and exercise sound judgement in day-to-day tasks.
