Motor Injury and Claims Solicitor

Hayward Hawk is excited to be working in partnership with a global, forward-thinking firm to help them in their expanding Litigation department. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a high-quality and diverse caseload of litigated EL/PL, Casualty, Disease and Personal/Serious Injury claims within a collaborative and high-performing environment.

The Role Manage a varied caseload of litigated EL/PL, Casualty, Disease and Personal/Serious Injury claims from inception through to resolution. Conduct detailed investigations, including evidence gathering, witness interviews and liaising with experts. Draft and review pleadings, witness statements, applications and settlement documentation. Provide clear, strategic legal advice to clients to achieve the best possible outcomes. Represent clients in court proceedings and settlement negotiations.

Stay up to date with relevant legislation, case law and market developments. Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver integrated, client-focused legal solutions. Ensure full compliance with regulatory and professional standards. The Candidate Qualified/Newly Qualified Solicitor with 210+ years PQE in litigation (experience in EL/PL, Casualty, Disease and/or Personal Injury preferred, though other strong litigation backgrounds will be considered). Strong working knowledge of civil procedure and litigation processes.

Experience handling EL/PL, Casualty, Disease, Serious Injury, Large Loss, Complex or Catastrophic Loss claims. Ability to manage a busy and complex caseload. Excellent drafting, analytical and negotiation skills. Strong commercial awareness and client relationship skills. Whats On Offer Competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
