You'll handle catastrophic injury claims, motor and casualty cases, and oversee your own portfolio of claims typically valued between £100k-£250k. Key Responsibilities Support the Lead Lawyer on high court and catastrophic injury claims Manage your own high-value caseload from instruction to resolution Analyse complex medical and quantum evidence, draft advice, pleadings, witness statements and technical documents Conduct witness interviews and attend conferences, mediations, joint settlement meetings (JSMs) and court hearings Build and maintain strong relationships with senior insurer clients Mentor and develop junior colleagues, fostering a collaborative team environment Ensure compliance with LSNI regulations and effective use of case management systems Skills & Experience Qualified solicitor with experience in large loss or complex injury claims Proven track record handling high-value claims and complex expert evidence Strong analytical, advocacy, drafting and communication skills Client-focused, proactive, with the ability to prioritise and perform under pressure Experience mentoring or supervising junior team members is advantageous Why Join Keoghs?
