Providing high-level secretarial and administrative support to litigation fee earners Managing legal documentation and correspondence, including court forms and pleadings Handling digital dictation, document production, and diary management with efficiency and accuracy Liaising confidently with clients, counsel, courts, and third parties Maintaining organised and compliant client files from instruction through to resolution Supporting the litigation process through proactive task management and attention to deadlines Assisting with billing, time recording, and general team administration Contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment What Youll Need:
Previous experience as a legal secretary within a litigation. Fast and accurate typing skills (digital dictation experience preferred) Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure A proactive, positive attitude and strong communication skills Professional discretion and a client-focused approach Whats on
