Role Overview As a Senior Conveyancing Solicitor, you will manage a varied and high-quality conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion. You will provide clear, practical legal advice and deliver an excellent level of client service, working closely with colleagues across the firm.

Key Responsibilities Manage residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases and remortgages. Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the transaction process. Draft, review and negotiate contracts, title documents and related conveyancing paperwork. Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties to progress transactions efficiently. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal and procedural requirements. Maintain high standards of client care and communication.

Skills & Experience Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland with strong residential conveyancing experience. Excellent technical knowledge of conveyancing and property law. Confident managing a busy caseload independently. Strong communication and client-facing skills. A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
