Key Responsibilities Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers. Provide clear, professional advice to clients, maintaining high standards of client care. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation relevant to residential property transactions. Liaise with clients, lenders, estate agents, and other professionals to ensure smooth and timely completion of transactions. Keep accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and firm policies.

Support the team with general conveyancing administration when required. Essential Skills and Experience Qualified Solicitor with 13 years PQE in residential conveyancing. Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes and relevant legislation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach. Highly organised, able to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines. Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
