An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor to join a dynamic, growing team in Belfast.This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented lawyer with a passion for client care and a strong technical background in wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning.

As part of a highly regarded Private Client team, you will work closely with individuals and families, delivering high-quality legal advice and solutions tailored to their needs. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the team’s growth and reputation while managing their own caseload.

• • Advise clients on a wide range of private client matters, including wills, estate planning, probate, trusts, and powers of attorney.

  • Draft and review legal documents with precision and attention to detail.

  • Manage your own caseload efficiently, meeting deadlines and compliance standards.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and professional service.

  • Liaise with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals as required.

  • Stay up to date with changes in legislation and best practice.

  • Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives.

• Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland or England & Wales (minimum 2 years’ PQE preferred).

• Proven experience in private client work, particularly in wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning.

• Strong technical knowledge of relevant legislation and procedures.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
