What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll:
- Work across a broad spectrum of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development, and asset management.
- Support clients involved in energy and infrastructure projects, contributing to the delivery of strategic land and renewable energy initiatives.
- Act for a diverse client base including developers, investors, institutional lenders, landlords, tenants, and public sector bodies.
- Collaborate within our highly regarded Property team, known for its depth of expertise and commitment to delivering practical, commercially focused advice.
- Play an active role in mentoring junior colleagues, building client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth and success of the team.

What we’re looking for
We’re keen to hear from Associates and Senior Associates with strong experience in commercial property
, who are looking to take the next step in a dynamic and expanding team.
- Qualified solicitor/s with 3+ years PQE and a solid grounding in commercial property; experience in energy and infrastructure sectors is a distinct advantage.
- A confident, commercially minded approach with the ability to manage complex matters independently.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a track record of delivering practical, solution-oriented advice.
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to a high-performing team.
- A shared commitment to innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.
