Defendant Insurance Solicitor (3+ yrs PQE ) Belfast If you're an experienced solicitor with a strong background in defendant insurance litigation, this could be a fantastic next step in your career. Our client, a leading law firm in Belfast with a stellar reputation in the insurance sector, is looking to add a talented solicitor (ideally with a minimum of 3 years PQE) to their busy and well-regarded team.

Youll be joining a practice known for handling high-quality, complex defendant matters across a broad range of insurance lines including employers liability, public liability, and industrial disease. This is a superb opportunity to work with an impressive client base, including major insurers and self-insureds, and to collaborate with some of the most respected litigators in the market. You'll be trusted to take ownership of your caseload, with a mix of pre-litigated and litigated claims, and in time, you'll also play a key role in helping to support and develop other team members.

What were looking for: 3 years or more post-qualification experience, ideally gained within a well-regarded defendant insurance or litigation practice Strong technical ability and excellent knowledge of litigation procedure Experience gained across a various insurance lines (to include EL/PL, motor, industrial disease) would be ideal Confident communicator with the ability to manage client relationships A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Why consider this role?
