As a Director in the Corporate team, you will be instrumental in delivering strategic, commercially astute advice to an impressive and diverse client portfolio. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, you will oversee and execute a wide range of corporate transactions from start to finish, ensuring seamless delivery and value creation for clients. Your leadership will influence the direction of the corporate practice and contribute to its ongoing reputation for excellence.

• Lead and manage complex corporate transactions including M&A, disposals, joint ventures and restructurings
• Provide expert advice on private equity, venture capital, and equity funding transactions
• Manage due diligence processes, draft and negotiate key transaction documents
• Offer corporate governance and company law guidance to clients across various growth stages
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Drive business development initiatives to expand the firm's corporate practice
• Mentor and supervise junior lawyers, fostering professional growth within the team

• Qualified solicitor with 7+ years' PQE in corporate law, with substantial transaction experience
• Proven track record advising on M&A, private equity, and complex corporate deals
• Exceptional technical skills combined with commercial judgment and strategic thinking
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical capabilities
• Confident in client interactions and skilled at managing stakeholder relationships
• Experience leading and mentoring junior team members
• Pragmatic, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
