Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Belfast City Centre.

Overview

A well established and highly regarded Belfast based law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its team. Known for its specialist expertise in residential property transactions and commitment to delivering practical, client focused legal solutions, the firm offers a supportive, professional environment with a strong emphasis on work life balance and flexible working. This role is ideal for a qualified solicitor with 3–5 years’ PQE who is confident managing a full conveyancing caseload independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Handle all aspects of transactions from instruction through to post-completion.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties.
  • Review and interpret title documents; liaise with Land Registry and Registry of Deeds.
  • Identify and resolve title issues; advise on restrictive covenants, easements, and other legal matters.
  • Maintain high standards of client care through clear and timely communication.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and internal risk management procedures.
  • Hours:

    Full-time, Monday – Friday (flexible working arrangements available).
  • Location:

    Belfast Office.

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland with 3–5 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing.
  • Proven ability to manage files independently and meet competing deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution focused approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
