Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

The Role:
The successful candidate will join a busy and dynamic Litigation department, providing vital support to a team of experienced solicitors. The role will involve working on a range of personal injury and medical negligence matters, offering the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in these complex and rewarding areas of law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting solicitors in the preparation and management of litigation files
• Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court forms
• Conducting legal research and collating medical and evidentiary records
• Managing case files and adhering to deadlines
• Liaising with clients, medical experts, counsel, and the courts
• Attending court and taking notes where required
• General administrative support to the litigation team

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
• A law degree or relevant legal qualification is desirable
