Family and Matrimonial Solicitor2+ years PQE Belfast Artemis Human Capital has partnered with a local law firm who are seeking a skilled and experienced Family and Matrimonial Solicitor to join their thriving team. As a Family and Matrimonial Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of family law matters.

Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and representation to clients on family and matrimonial matters.

Manage a caseload of family law matters from start to finish, including drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and representing clients in court.

Collaborate with other solicitors and legal professionals to ensure the best possible outcome for clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.

Keep up to date with changes in family law and share knowledge with colleagues and clients.

Requirements:

Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in family and matrimonial law.

Excellent knowledge of family law and procedures, with a strong track record of success in managing complex family law cases.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.

A commitment to providing high-quality legal services to clients.
