You will advise employers on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters, taking significant responsibility for client work and developing strong relationships with businesses operating across multiple jurisdictions.

- A varied employment law practice, spanning contentious and non-contentious work.
- Significant responsibility for client matters and relationships.

- Advise employers on complex employment and employee relations matters.
- Manage tribunal litigation, including discrimination, unfair dismissal and whistleblowing claims.
- Advise on disciplinary and grievance processes, workplace investigations, restructurings, redundancy programmes and TUPE transfers.
- Draft and review employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements.
- Deliver client training, support junior colleagues and contribute to business development.
- A qualified solicitor with 5 to 8 years' post-qualification experience and a strong employment law background.
- Able to manage matters independently and advise employers on sensitive, complex issues.
- Brings strong technical knowledge, commercial judgement and excellent communication skills.
- Northern Ireland employment law experience is particularly relevant; experience or qualification in England and Wales or the Republic of Ireland would be an advantage.
