Planning Associate

The outstanding, highly acclaimed Planning & Infrastructure practice at this global law firm is hiring an additional Associate to join its excellent team. The work is focussed on major infrastructure, industrial, retail and big-ticket residential development. The firm would love to hire a Planning Associate with upwards of 2 PQE who has stand-out experience of acting for developers, landowners, purchasers and lenders, DCO, infrastructure projects, and planning due diligence.

It would be helpful to have knowledge of environmental regulatory and compliance issues. In order to hit the ground running, candidates must have experience in a UK law firm’s Planning team and will already be involved in Infrastructure / DCO work. The firm has a fantastic reputation in Real Estate and the Planning team offers one of the country’s most exciting platforms.

The wider firm has a great culture, supportive and collegiate partners and provides tremendous investment in professional development. Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role. At LAW Absolute we endeavour to respond to all applications within 48 hours.

However due to the volume of applications we receive we may not be able to respond to every candidate individually. If you have not heard from us within a 48 hour timeframe your application has not been successful and your details have not been retained. LAW Absolute acts as an employment business for temporary recruitment and as an employment agency for fixed term contract and permanent recruitment.
