Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of personal injury claims from inception through to settlement or hearing.
- Advising clients on liability, quantum and litigation strategy.
- Drafting pleadings and legal correspondence.
- Instructing and liaising with medical experts, counsel and other professionals.
- Attending court hearings and settlement negotiations.
- Maintaining accurate file records and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland with at least 2 years' PQE.
- Experience handling personal injury litigation matters.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to providing exceptional client care.
