The Role:

You will be responsible for handling a broad range of private client matters, including:
• Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Probate and estate administration
• Inheritance Tax planning
• Trust creation and administration
• Complex and high-value estate matters
• Providing tailored advice to individuals and families The successful candidate will enjoy a significant level of autonomy while working closely with a knowledgeable and supportive team.

The Ideal Candidate :
• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• Between 3 and 10 years' PQE within Private Client law
• Experienced in managing a varied caseload independently
• Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, trusts and tax planning
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• A proactive and organised approach to caseload management
