Regulatory Compliance Specialist
A well established regional law firm acting for businesses and private clients across a wide range of legal work.
The roleYou will lead, manage and develop a growing residential conveyancing team while running your own files. Work covers sales and purchases (including leasehold and new build), remortgages, equity release and transfers of equity. You will also build relationships with clients and introducers and help win new work.
What you will needSolid experience in a busy residential conveyancing team.
Experience managing people.
Comfortable with case management systems and able to work with little supervision.
Good organisation, compliance and business development skills.
If not yet qualified, a willingness to work towards CLC or SQE qualification.
