We are working with a leading national law firm based in Belfast for a Senior Lawyer to join their Data Privacy & IP team.
The Role:The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Data Privacy & Intellectual Property practice, advising major domestic and international businesses across technology, financial services, retail, life sciences and other sectors on complex regulatory, commercial and contentious matters.
The role will involve advising on data protection compliance, international data transfers, AI governance, cybersecurity and data breach response, alongside IP protection, licensing and commercialisation. The successful candidate will also handle regulatory investigations, data privacy and IP disputes, and advise on the enforcement and protection of intellectual property rights.
- 5+ years’ PQE;
- Willingness to engage in business development initiatives;
- Willingness to mentor junior members of the team;
- Ability to work independently and as a team;
