Dispute Resolution Solicitor PQE – Commercial Litigation

A respected Belfast commercial practice wants a 3–5 PQE solicitor to join a team trusted with some of the region’s most challenging disputes.

You’ll handle a mix of:

• Company and shareholder disputes, professional negligence and reputation management
• Property, construction, procurement and banking recovery disputes
• Contentious probate and trust claims
• Litigation, arbitration, adjudication, mediation and expert determination, for claimants and defendants alike

• 3–5 years’ PQE in commercial litigation or general dispute resolution
• Qualified in NI, or in E&W / ROI and keen to practise in NI
• Comfortable running your own caseload with appropriate supervision
• A commercial, solutions-first mindset

• High-profile clients and complex, varied work
• A collaborative team that works across departments
