Public Procurement Solicitor, Junior Associate, 3+ PQE - Belfast
Roads, energy, healthcare and digital transformation. Advise on the procurements behind NI's biggest projects.
A leading Belfast firm with a market-leading procurement practice is hiring a Junior Associate with 3+ years' PQE.
What you'll do:- Advise contracting authorities and utilities on structuring and running complex procurements
- Draft specifications, evaluation criteria, tender and contract documents
- Act on procurement challenges for bidders and authorities
- Give strategic advice on bidding, risk and contract changes.
- 3+ years' PQE, with procurement experience (contentious, non-contentious or both)
- Qualified in NI, or in E&W / ROI and keen to practise in NI
- A good working knowledge of the current UK procurement regime
- Clear, practical drafting.
- A practice behind landmark NI procurement cases
- Nationally significant infrastructure work across multiple sectors
- Excellent scope to develop as a procurement specialist.
